Did you know eggs are a great source of vitamins and nutrients associated with eye health, including antioxidants known as carotenoids which the RNIB suggests help to lower risk of Age-related Macular Degeneration?
Meanwhile, if you’re looking to justify eating some eggs of the chocolate variety this month, then I’m sure like me you’ll be pleased to hear that a 2011 study by the University of Reading indicated that the cocoa flavonols in dark chocolate might improve your eyesight in low-contrast conditions!
