Exceedingly helpful staff
I have to say I have never been more impressed with the service given to me at the Devizes branch. I had to go back numerous times to get my glasses changed and adjusted, having just bought them, and every time the staff have been very friendly and exceedingly helpful. I cannot express how much I am impressed with Haine and Smith.

Professional, dynamic service
I first visited the Corsham practice in November of 2015, and was immediately impressed with the friendly welcome and professional, dynamic service. Vicky worked particularly hard to ensure that the vision plan I chose was right for me, and was wonderful when it came to choosing new glasses too. When I struggled to adjust to the new glasses, my sight was immediately retested, and then I was given advice on how to help my eyes to adjust when it was confirmed that the prescription was correct. I cannot fault their service, and after over four years of frustrating care from other high street chains, it was a real relief to be taken care of so well.

How wonderful to find a dementia-friendly optician! John was wonderful with my mum, explaining everything in simple terms and reassuring her all the way, without being patronising.
