Chippenham

Called into the Chippenham branch today and they expertly repaired my glasses. The staff are great and the service was excellent, we are lucky to have such a great and caring opticians in Chippenham.

In my opinion, Haine & Smith are the best and most attentive opticians I’ve ever been to. I always feel well looked after - the whole team are friendly, professional, and it feels very patient-focused. Their eye checks are very thorough and detailed, and my prescriptions - especially for contact lenses - have been much more accurate since coming here. They also take a lot of care in monitoring my dry eyes (especially as I’m undergoing investigations for Sjögren’s disease). I feel very confident in the care I receive here. Thank you

Having recently moved to Chippenham from Kent, and having not been to an optician for far too long....😕 I was recommended Haine and Smith by my brother and made an appointment for a detailed check on all aspects of my eyesight. I was delighted by the warm, professional welcome and the detailed and superb treatment I received. Every staff member was extremely friendly, cheerful and made my visit a very pleasant, as well as highly informative occasion. The other great thing, I was not put under any pressure to have to buy glasses from them, but should I choose to replace those I currently use, I would certainly go back! If you are looking for experienced staff and a highly personal service, I can absolutely recommend Haine and Smith in Chippenham!

Excellent customer service today. Went into the Chippenham branch today to find a pair of glasses for my son who is autistic. As we are opening the door to enter Mandy had looked at us with a big smile and greeted us. A lady called Jo had helped us finding glasses for my son and as the Calne store couldn’t order them in Mandy offered that they can deliver it tonight to the Calne one. I had tears in my eyes. Calne shop is just as good. They have been serving us for over 6 years and have been excellent. Well done Haine&Smith for employing people with great,kind nature. Thank you all.
