*THANKYOU* ANNE at the Corsham branch - you look after me so well (on a number of occasions). I have leg disabilities and this lady always meets me (holding the door) if necessary helping me up and down the steps. She helped me choose frames. Reassured me regarding personal (disability issues regarding the visit) then fitted (my ready glasses) . A TRUE credit and asset to your staff. ALWAYS so immaculately dressed and turned out - management should note this!!!!! Head Office.... REALLY KNOW THIS...not your blanket "thank you for your review!!" PS This WONDERFUL lady, even hand delivered (to my home) a bottle of glass cleaner (which I obviously paid for) but due to disabilities struggled to collect. TRULY phenomenal lady!!! Thank you!!! I had to update from my last review. I experienced significant issues with my eyes last year and the whole team were just brilliant! Not only did they guide me throughout the whole referral process to a specialist but they provided ongoing support and care over several months. It was a difficult time for me and that support and care made a huge difference to me, so thank you all.

From the moment I walked in I was made extremely welcome. The staff were attentive, polite & helpful. I can honestly say that the service was the best I have ever experienced, nothing was left to chance. The eye test was unbelievable. Stewart, the optician explained everything & made me feel valued, a rarity these days. If you value your eyes then Haine & Smith is the venue for the best eye test you will ever receive.
