Cathy
Cathy joined Haine & Smith in 2005 and became Practice Manager at Westbury in 2019. With many years of experience in the practice, she enjoys getting to know patients and helping them feel welcome and well looked after.
With a keen interest in colour, fashion and eyewear styling, Cathy enjoys helping patients find frames that complement their features and individual style. She takes pride in helping patients choose eyewear that not only helps them see their best but also feel confident wearing it.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Great service, the lady that was dispensing my
glasses was very polite and sociable, she fit my
glasses well and when I needed to come back to
have them adjusted a little later on they were
more than happy to do so and were very
friendly. Better service than I've had at
competing opticians, not just in service but also
surrounding the actual eye test as I've gone to
other places and not been satisfied with my
vision, but this was not the case here, I can see
so much better now!
I came into Haine and Smith Westbury, hoping there would be someone who could help me repair my nans glasses. I was welcomed by John and Jay, without hesitation John headed outback to start repairing them while Jay upsold me some items for my nans glasses. They were both an absolute delight and my nan was over the moon with her repaired glasses on a rainbow rope that keeps the glasses on her
neck. You should give them both a raise or minimum some praise. It's rare these days to get wholesome customer service. Many thanks boys!
Popped in to see if I could have a small repair made to my prescription sunglasses. The missing screw was replaced and the legs were tightened up as they were a little loose. When I asked for the bill, the lovely staff said there was no charge. Really impressed. It's the small things that often make the difference.
