This returns policy only applies to purchases made through our website and not for purchases made within our practices. If you wish to return an item purchased in a practice, then you should contact the practice for further information.________________________________________
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason (see exceptions), you may return it to us for an exchange/for a full refund.
All returns must be within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 14 days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
