Anne

Anne joined Haine & Smith in 2017 as an Optical Advisor and has since progressed to Practice Manager at Corsham. She enjoys the variety of the role, with each day bringing different patients, conversations and challenges.

Anne is warm, approachable and loves getting to know her patients. She takes pride in making everyone feel welcome and valued, and is always happy to spend time helping patients find the perfect frame.

Being part of the local community is very important to Anne and the Corsham team.

I had a (long overdue) eye test recently and although I was apprehensive, I was soon put at ease! Greeted by a smile and the test itself was brilliant. I needed new glasses as my prescription had changed and no pressure but had plenty of time to try on different styles and excellent advice and options given; they didn't take long to arrive and really pleased with them. Would definitely recommend if you want a professional and thorough service in a friendly and welcoming environment.
