We are confident your new spectacles from Haine & Smith will work for you. In the unlikely event there are any intolerance or adaption concerns, we will investigate and, if necessary, remake your lenses.
All claims must be made within 30 days of your order being completed.

Frame Guarantee
All frames purchased from us come with a minimum of 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. If, during this period, the frame encounters a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
This excludes accidental damage, general wear & tear, and frames modified or repaired by anyone other than Haine & Smith Opticians.
