I first visited this practice in 1991 and been a regular for 33 years. I’ve never had anything less than brilliant service, friendly knowledgeable staff and super service. I have never had anything less cause to rate them anything less than 100%

I have had eye appointments at Haine and Smith's opticians in Regent Street for a number of years. All the staff there are warm and caring and you feel like part of the family when you arrive. Luke, the dispensing optician, is exceptionally knowledgeable and always focuses on the attention to detail which I very much appreciate. I have been seen by a range of optometrists, who have all, always been, thorough and professional. The reception team are always friendly too. This practice in particular, is one I would highly recommend to others.

This opticians will get it right every time! I am a super fussy person and a perfectionist. I also worry about prescriptions being correct. The Optometrists here are thorough and precise. I have so much faith in Regent Street Swindon's Haine and Smiths because I always see the same staff everytime. They get to know you and are so skilled and experienced at helping you find the correct fitting glasses. They make sure the glasses are right for your face shape and that they suit you. I have had alot of issues with other opticians but not with Haine and Smiths. You can trust them to get it right for you. Don't hesitate, book the appointment!
